  • Your first sign-in now asks a single question — and from there we guide you down your own path. On the welcome screen you pick one of two cards: Legyen mit posztolnom a követőknek (something to post) or Rendbeteszem a webshop szövegeim (fix my shop's copy) — and if you don't know yet, there's a quiet Még nem tudom — előbb körülnézek link. After you choose, the interface tour starts, which now walks through every module, Shopgrade and Blog articles included; at the end its button takes you straight to the Ninja AI that fits you: Induljon a posztolás or Nézzük meg a boltod. You can leave any time with the quiet Kihagyom link. Your choice also shapes the emails you get: if you came to post, you won't get product-page emails, and vice versa — and if in practice you head the other way, the system switches over on its own. That is why the old „connect your account" and „set up your automation" emails are gone, and why at least three days now pass between two customer emails.Help:Az első belépés: mivel kezdjük?
  • When we refund part of a payment, you now see it in the app — with the right amount and the right invoice. Until now the My payments list still showed the full amount and the original invoice after a refund, so the screen said something different from your bank statement. Now the row tells the truth: the original amount is struck through, with the amount you actually paid below it, and the status reads Partially refunded or Refunded. We also produce the paperwork automatically: the original invoice is voided, and if any amount remains, we issue the new, correct invoice — you can download both from the row, and we email them to your billing address as well.Help:Visszatérítés és sztornó számla
  • You can now see it in the header, under the bell, when something got stuck. Until now we only sent an email about a failed publication, a stopped automation, a broken Facebook connection or an empty credit balance — if the email slipped past you, the problem went unnoticed. From now on the same alerts appear inside the app: a red number on the bell shows how many are new, and clicking a row takes you straight to where you can fix it (for a stuck post, to the post itself, where the exact error message is). Unread rows have a faint background, anything you're done with can be cleared with the check mark that appears on the row, and there is a Mindet olvasottnak button too. The app's release news shows up here as well, with a short summary and a link — so you don't have to go looking for what changed.Help:Értesítések: mi történt a fiókodban
  • You can now choose an annual plan — pay for 10 months, get 12. On the Csomag és fizetés step of sign-up you pick between two cards (Havi or Éves), and on the Előfizetés page you can switch any time with the Váltás éves csomagra button. With the annual plan your whole year's credit arrives immediately, not month by month. Switching doesn't penalise you: we credit back the unused part of your current month pro rata, and your remaining credits live until the end of the new, annual cycle. If you have a custom price or a custom credit allowance, it stays: we calculate your annual fee from your own monthly fee, and your allowance from your own monthly allowance. The way back is open too — Váltás havi csomagra only takes effect from your renewal date (your paid annual period stays intact), and you can change your mind any time until then.Help:Váltás éves csomagra
  • Newsletter analytics now supports SalesAutopilot too. Until now the Analitika page only showed newsletter results for MailerLite accounts; if you send with SalesAutopilot you now get exactly the same view — the same cards, the same charts, the same Hírleveleid table. That is why the channel switch in the header now says Hírlevél instead of „MailerLite" (the account picker tells you which account you are looking at), and the Címzettek filter follows what your provider knows: groups and segments on MailerLite, lists on SalesAutopilot. Where the two systems count differently, the card's „?" explains it: on SalesAutopilot we get delivered by subtracting bounces from the emails sent, and Feliratkozók is the sum of all your lists. Anything the provider does not give us (spam complaints, for instance) stays „n/e", never a false zero.Help:Hírlevél-analitika: hogyan teljesítenek a leveleid

  • Your coupon code can no longer get lost during sign-up. If you arrive from a coupon link, the code is now filled in and applied automatically on the Plan and payment step — previously the field stayed empty and you saw the full price. And if you type it in but click Next instead of Add, the system now applies the code for you instead of silently discarding it; with an invalid code it stops and tells you what's wrong. On the same step, below the card field, we now explain that your bank may ask you to approve a 0 Ft charge to verify the card — this is normal, the actual amount is only charged at the last step, on the Register button.
  • Your webshop knowledge source now really does pick from your most popular products. The Termék-szám (pool-méret) field under UNAS haladó beállítások promises that we work from the best X products by your chosen criterion (Oldalmegtekintések or Rendelések száma) — but in reality the X most recently uploaded products went into the pool, and the ranking then only ran on those. If you had just uploaded a larger group of products, the Véletlenszerű mode was drawing from a fixed handful: every post ended up being about the same few products. From now on we rank your whole (category-filtered) range and take the best X from that. The knowledge source's Teszt button shows this too: the number it reports is now the real match count for your filters, and the sample is the best 3 products.Help:Tudásforrások használata
